Registered Nurse - Emergency Department - Evening

Position: Registered Nurse - Emergency Department Role Overview: Provides professional nursing care in accordance with state regulations and hospital policies. Responsibilities include assessing patient conditions, recognizing changes, planning and evaluating care, monitoring progress, and documenting observations. Delegates appropriate tasks and collaborates as part of a healthcare team. Qualifications: Associates Degree or higher in Nursing; if holding an Associate Degree, must obtain a Bachelor's Degree within five years. Requires 1+ years of emergency department experience. Valid Illinois RN license, CPR certification, and within three months, ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS stroke scale certification. Skills: Critical thinking, patient assessment, care planning, teamwork, and documentation.
