Key Responsibilities\n

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create comprehensive treatment plans, ensuring integration of psychosocial assessments and evidence-based social work interventions.

• Conduct thorough psychological assessments of students to identify their needs, followed by implementing targeted interventions tailored to individual cases.

• Document all interactions in compliance with departmental policies, maintaining meticulous clinical and progress notes to support continuity of care.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention to address acute emotional and behavioral challenges, employing de-escalation techniques when necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on school-aged children and adolescents, as well as their families, allowing you to work at the forefront of mental health care. You will support clients facing issues ranging from academic stress and social challenges to more complex mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work or Counseling from an accredited institution is required.

• Must possess an active and unrestricted LICSW license in Washington state.

• At least three years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of independent practice.

• Proficient in using electronic medical records and workplace software, including word processing and spreadsheets, to promote efficient workflows.

• Ability to function autonomously without the need for continuous supervision, while also maintaining accountability.

Compensation and Benefits\n
