Part Time Graphic Designer

Seldin, LLC is seeking a Part Time Graphic Designer to work at our Corporate office in Omaha, NE. This position will pay up to $16.00 an hour , determined by experience, certifications, skills, and education.

What You Will Do

The Graphic Design role creates marketing materials for Seldin Company's multifamily portfolio and supports the Marketing Department with special projects to help achieve department and company goals. This position is also responsible for developing engaging, creative design assets that reflect and strengthen the company's brand.


Skills and Requirements

• Three or more years related experience and/or schooling strongly preferred using Adobe Creative Suite. Experience with social media including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Experience using an SLR camera and video editing in Premiere a plus.
• Microsoft Office programs
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work both individually and in a team environment to get projects done in a timely manner
• Demonstrated understanding of creative workflows and creation of commercially printed collateral
• Strong design skills, high comfort level using Adobe Create Suite, specifically:
  
  • InDesign
  • Photoshop
  • Lightroom
  • Illustrator

Education, Licenses, or Certificates Required: Pursuing undergraduate degree in marketing, communications, graphic design, web design preferred.
