Job Title: Dental Front Office Administrator
Location: Premier Care Dental – Klamath Falls, OR
Schedule: Monday – Thursday (Full-Time)

Premier Care Dental in Klamath Falls, OR is seeking an experienced and motivated Front Office Administrator to join our friendly, patient-focused dental practice. If you're passionate about providing excellent customer service and have prior front office administrative experience—especially in a dental or healthcare setting—we’d love to meet you!

What You’ll Do:

• Greet and check in patients with professionalism and warmth

• Schedule appointments and manage calendars efficiently

• Verify insurance eligibility and submit claims

• Handle patient billing and collections

• Maintain accurate patient records and manage front office correspondence

• Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow

• Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a positive patient experience

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous front office admin experience required (dental experience a plus)

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Comfortable with dental software and general office technology

• Friendly, reliable, and able to work well in a team-oriented environment
