Job Description

1. Administer support and maintain TIBCO middleware platforms including BusinessWorks (BW) EMS BusinessEvents (BE) AMX/BPM and iProcess across all environments.
2. Build configure deploy and manage TIBCO infrastructure and application components in Development UAT Production and DR environments.
3. Provide L3 production support for mission-critical integration applications ensuring platform stability availability and performance.
4. Troubleshoot and resolve middleware messaging application integration and infrastructure-related incidents while performing detailed root cause analysis (RCA).
5. Support release and deployment activities using CI/CD pipelines Jenkins Git Shell scripting and Python automation .
6. Perform platform maintenance activities including patching upgrades configuration management capacity planning and performance tuning.
7. Implement and support high availability disaster recovery resiliency testing and failover exercises to ensure operational readiness.
8. Configure and maintain monitoring and observability solutions using AppDynamics Elastic Search and enterprise monitoring tools to proactively identify service risks.
9. Manage security controls including TLS/SSL certificates secrets management vulnerability remediation and compliance with enterprise security standards .
10. Collaborate with application infrastructure database cybersecurity network and vendor teams to deliver operational excellence continuous improvement and incident reduction initiatives.

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60000 to $135000 .

Final compensation will depend on various factors including your geographical location minimum wage obligations skills and relevant experience. Based on the position the role is also eligible for Wipros standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options disability insurance paid time off (inclusive of sick leave) other paid and unpaid leave options.
