Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced Home Health RN for a travel assignment in Rockford, IL. This role involves providing exceptional care within a home health environment. As a key member of the team, you will work rotational shifts to ensure the best outcomes for patients.

Key Responsibilities of the Home Health RN

• Provide comprehensive care in home health settings
• Collaborate with healthcare team to plan and implement patient care
• Perform assessments and monitor patient health status
• Administer medications and IV therapy as required

Requirements of the Home Health RN

• Current IL RN license
• BLS certification
• At least one year of experience as a professional nurse in an acute care setting within the last three years
• Experience in home health, IV therapy, ER, or oncology preferred
• Cardiac or wound certification preferred
