Relationship Banker

Position: Relationship Banker Primary Office Location: 3500 Old Salisbury Road, Winston Salem, North Carolina 27127. Business Unit Retail Reports to Varies Based On Assignment Position Overview This position is expected to develop proficiency in basic consumer banking transactions, account servicing, and lending. The incumbent is responsible for executing branch lead activities at the direction of the Manager, consistently executing all customer transaction requests, and identifying opportunities to convert transactions to qualified sales or referral leads. The incumbent will adhere to all FNB policies, procedures, strategies, and Core Values. Primary Responsibilities Promote the sales process through greeting customers, identifying customer service and product needs, leveraging sales leads, and outbound calling. Make appropriate recommendations in the selling and cross‑selling of bank products and services. Identify and achieve individual weekly sales/referral goals set by the Branch Manager. Incorporate FNB digital products and services into customer interactions. Use FNB approved branch technology to input and maintain effective data quality for all referrals, customers, and applicants. Manage the completion and lifecycle of all new and existing relationships according to consumer bank standards. Perform routine operational duties, including traditional teller transactions and other operational tasks according to established policies and procedures. Perform other related duties and projects as assigned. Serve as a risk manager by understanding, reporting, and monitoring risks in accordance with F.N.B. Corporation’s risk management program. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. 0 years of job‑related experience required. Excellent customer service, communication, organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills. Detail‑oriented. Proficiency with personal computer and job‑related software: MS Word (Basic), MS Excel (Intermediate), MS PowerPoint (Basic). Experience in a related position, knowledge of banking policies, procedures, consumer products and services, and sales/customer service skills. Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry Identifier preferred but will be required. Physical requirements: N/A beyond traditional office work.
