What You'll Do

• Own the full candidate journey: Lead full-cycle recruitment for roles across the resort, from compelling job postings and proactive outreach through screening, interviewing, offers, and onboarding partnership.
• Plan for what's next: Partner with resort leadership to forecast staffing needs, establish hiring priorities, and build talent acquisition strategies that support business goals and seasonal demand.
• Find great people everywhere: Develop strong candidate pipelines through job boards, social media, professional networks, employee referrals, local community partnerships, schools, and career events.
• Be a trusted partner to leaders: Coach hiring managers on job design, interview techniques, candidate evaluation, and selection practices that lead to better hiring decisions.
• Tell our story: Elevate Horseshoe Bay Resort's employer brand through recruitment marketing, community outreach, job fairs, and engaging candidate communications.
• Support workforce programs: Assist with the planning and implementation of foreign worker programs and related recruitment efforts.
• Use data to drive results: Track recruiting activity and metrics, identify trends and opportunities, and provide practical recommendations to improve time-to-fill, candidate quality, and hiring outcomes.
• Make every interaction count: Create a professional, welcoming, responsive, and inclusive candidate experience from first contact through offer acceptance.
• Make great processes even better: Continuously improve recruiting tools, workflows, systems, and compliance practices while maintaining alignment with employment laws and resort standards.
• Lead and develop others: When applicable, guide recruitment coordinators or specialists, setting a high bar for service, performance, and teamwork.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; an associate degree in business management or a relevant discipline may be considered.
• A minimum of two years of hospitality recruitment experience.
• A proven record of developing and executing effective recruitment strategies in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of talent acquisition best practices, employment laws, and applicant tracking systems.
• Knowledge of immigration laws and processes is preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus.
• The business acumen to understand the financial impact of staffing decisions and recruiting strategies.
• Outstanding communication, relationship-building, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• The ability to influence and collaborate effectively with leaders, associates, candidates, community partners, and the public.
• Exceptional organization, follow-through, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with energy and attention to detail.

Work Environment And Essential Functions

This position primarily works in a professional office environment while regularly connecting with leaders and candidates throughout the resort. Occasional travel to career fairs, recruitment events, and community or professional gatherings may be required.

• Ability to communicate effectively with candidates, associates, leaders, and the public.
• Ability to sit for extended periods and walk throughout the resort as part of daily work activities.
• Ability to occasionally bend, stoop, reach, stretch, and lift or carry up to 35 pounds.
• Ability to perform the essential functions of the role with or without reasonable accommodation.
