Registered Nurse

Salary: $35 - $40 / per hour
Maxim Healthcare is hiring for a Registered Nurse (RN) to work with patient(s) in their home. Dayshift available.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care on each assignment
• Provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patients condition
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses

Qualifications:

• Currently licensed as an RN in the state in which the RN will practice
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray
• Current BLS card
