Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Licensed Real Estate Agent based in McAllen, TX. As a Licensed Real Estate Agent, you will manage property listings, assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing real estate, and provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction. Responsibilities include conducting property tours, preparing contracts, engaging in client consultations, and developing strong market knowledge to guide client decision-making. This role also involves networking and nurturing client relationships to generate leads and build a robust portfolio. Qualifications Active Real Estate License and a deep understanding of the real estate market Experience in Real Estate transactions and knowledge of Real Property laws Strong skills in Sales with the ability to negotiate effectively and close deals Customer Service skills to build relationships and provide a seamless customer experience Excellent organizational and communication abilities Proficiency in using real estate technology and marketing tools Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently Familiarity with the McAllen, TX real estate market is a plus High School Diploma or equivalent; additional certifications are an advantage #J-18808-Ljbffr
