SCHEDULE & COMPENSATION
Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:45 PM, Monday–Friday
Pay: $20+/hour based on experience
Team size: 3–4 direct reports

WHAT YOULL DO
Lead a small production team, setting the standard for quality, accuracy, and accountability on every job
Ensure hardware counts are consistently correct and operators are meeting quality expectations
Stay one step ahead — gather work orders, parts, and materials to keep the next job ready to go
Maintain organized hardware inventory and keep stock counts accurate and up to date
Read and interpret blueprints to verify hardware requirements before work begins

WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR
Proven ability to lead, motivate, and hold a team accountable in a production environment
Strong attention to detail — you catch things others miss, and you care about getting it right
Excellent organizational skills; you can manage multiple priorities without dropping the ball
Ability to read and work from blueprints or technical drawings
Clear, respectful communication — you work well with people at all levels
Prior experience in manufacturing, assembly, or a related environment is a plus, but not required
