Strategic Cybersecurity Director, M&A Pre-Close

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Director of Information Security Risk Management (ISRM) for Acquisitions & Divestitures (A&D) Cybersecurity, Pre-Close. You will lead enterprise cybersecurity due diligence, set risk-based Day 1 objectives, and govern governance for complex mergers, divestitures, partnerships, and strategic deals.
