Reports To: Chief Financial Officer

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:



 

• Posts payments (check, ACH, Credit Card). Includes research and documentation on credits and back charges.
• AR collections and follow-ups.
• Audit and approve expense and mileage reports.
• Review customer deposits and apply.
• Review and complete invoice adjustment requests.
• Responds to miscellaneous questions from Customer Service Account Reps.
• Research complicated billing/payment issues.
• Email invoices to customers daily, while customizing invoice formats to the clients’ special requests.
• Responsible for specific Division email account and all corresponding communication.

Requirements:



 

• Minimum of 9 hours of accounting related courses
• 2 to 4 years of relevant accounting experience

Physical Demands:
The employee is regularly required to have full use of hands and arms and must be able to speak and hear. The
employee is frequently required to sit. The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, reach with hands
and arms and stoop, kneel, or crouch. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, depth perception and ability to
adjust focus.
The job of AR Accountant is classified exempt. This is an in the office position.
