About the Role:

As a Mercedes-Benz Technician, you will play a critical role in maintaining and repairing luxury vehicles to the highest standards of quality and safety. Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of an accredited automotive technology program or equivalent technical training.
• ASE certification or equivalent automotive technician certification.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working as an automotive technician, preferably with luxury or European vehicles.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Specific Mercedes-Benz factory training or certification.
• Experience with Mercedes-Benz STAR diagnostic system and other proprietary tools.
• Strong understanding of hybrid and electric vehicle systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary.

Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on Mercedes-Benz vehicles, including engines, transmissions, brakes, electrical systems, and other components.
• Utilize manufacturer-specific diagnostic equipment and software to identify and resolve vehicle issues accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain detailed service records and communicate repair findings and recommendations clearly to service advisors and customers.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols and Mercedes-Benz service standards to ensure quality workmanship and customer safety.
• Collaborate with team members and participate in ongoing training programs to enhance technical skills and product knowledge.
