About the Role:

Responsibilities:

Install brick pavers and stones with precision and attention to detail.
Prepare and level surfaces for optimal installation.
Collaborate with team members to ensure project efficiency.
Maintain tools and equipment in excellent working condition.
Follow safety protocols and guidelines on every job site.
Communicate effectively with clients to meet their needs and expectations.
Assist in the design and layout of outdoor projects.
Perform regular quality checks to ensure high standards of work.

Requirements:

Previous experience in brick paving or stone installation preferred.
Strong knowledge of landscaping and outdoor construction techniques.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project plans.
Physical stamina and strength for manual labor tasks.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or in a team.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and materials.
