Regional Van Truckload Truck Driver – Home Weekly Job Type: Full time. Sign‑on bonus: $5,000 up to $2,500 for inexperienced, paid over 12 monthly payments in the first year. Overview Predictable power lanes with high volume freight. Consistent freight allows maximum drive time and less downtime. Dispatched in advance, enabling improved planning. 95% no‑touch, mostly drop‑and‑hook freight. Drive within the Eastern 37 states. Pay and Bonus Potential Average pay: $875–$1,065 weekly. Home time: Weekly. Experience required: All CDL holders. Mileage pay plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving. Weekly performance pay. $0.02 per mile incentive based on weekly miles run and goal. Paid orientation. Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year. Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay.
