Data Quality Lead AnalystThe Information Services Group (ISG) is looking for a resource to join its data management team. ISG is a service-centric organization focused on digitizing the company's products or services, driving out manual work, delivering world-class client experience, and enabling growth via scalability. The Data Quality and Governance organization within ISG is responsible for driving a data architecture in order to deliver front to back design, identify gaps, and implement a robust governance framework across the company. A key focus is on Data Quality including completeness, accuracy and timeliness across data flows. The function is responsible for extensive partnering across company Asset Classes to drive key initiatives and associated deliverables for the data strategy and manage change with the right governance frame. The function and role spans the organization and, as a result, requires strong engagement with relevant teams.Required Skills:8 plus years of relevant experience in financial or technology sector8 plus years of Program Management and Project Management experience preferably in external client facing roles and significant experience across the full project lifecycleProven delivery record of multiple Programs and projects involving process change and technology enhancementsProven stakeholder management skillsAbility to handle complex Programs / Projects independentlyAbility to summarize the expectations, decisions and actions resulting from key conversations and publishing them to larger group of stakeholders in a manner that can be easily understoodExcellent analytical and process-based skills, i.e. process flow diagrams, business modelling, and functional designData and Results oriented with an excellent attention to detailEnd to end program management skills with ability to manage multiple project concurrentlyStrong sense of urgency and ability to manage competing priorities while delivering results quickly and efficientlyExceptional level of motivation and diligence coupled with excellent communication skills (verbal and written), as well as strong relationship building skillsHighly analytical individual with the ability to work independently when needed and exemplary documentation skillsAbility to put together senior management presentation materialKnowledge of MS Office, Visio and ProjectAbility to focus on high quality work while under pressure Keylent Inc
