Legal Recruiting Coordinator - Miami, FL

We are partnering with a prestigious, full-service law firm in downtown Miami to place a Legal Recruiting Coordinator. This is a direct hire opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced legal environment and understands the nuances of attorney and law student recruiting. What You'll Be Doing: Coordinating full-cycle attorney and law student recruiting across multiple office locations Managing interview scheduling, candidate communications, and recruiting event logistics Maintaining candidate records and data integrity within the ATS and document management systems Supporting the summer associate program from start to finish Collaborating with firm leadership and hiring managers throughout the recruiting process What They're Looking For: 2+ years of recruiting coordination experience within a law firm or professional services organization Bachelor's degree required Familiarity with iManage or similar document management systems a plus Polished communicator with a high level of dscretion and professionalism Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines independently Details: Location: Downtown Miami, FL — onsite Compensation: $60,000 – $70,000 DOE If you have a background in legal recruiting coordination and are based in Miami, we'd love to connect. #J-18808-Ljbffr Peyton Resource Group
