Day Shift: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM | 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM–10:00 PM
$62,000–$72,000 annually + $2.50/hour 2nd-shift differential

We are looking for a Production Chemist I to join our growing manufacturing team in Sheboygan Falls, Wisconsin. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys applying chemistry to real-world production, solving problems, and working collaboratively with a team.

We are currently hiring for  both Day Shift and 2nd Shift .

What You'll Do

As a Production Chemist I, you will:

• Execute established chemical manufacturing processes safely and consistently.
• Operate reactors and other production equipment according to established procedures.
• Monitor reactions and perform in-process testing to ensure products meet specifications.
• Accurately document production activities, test results, material usage, and process information.
• Prepare and maintain Manufacturing Production Records and other required documentation.
• Identify and communicate process or equipment issues and participate in troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
• Perform routine equipment checks, cleaning, and preventive maintenance activities.
• Assist with inventory, labeling, material handling, and production-area organization.
• Work closely with Production, R&D, Quality, and Operations team members to support safe and efficient manufacturing.
• Follow all safety procedures and contribute to Ereztech's culture where Safety is the guiding tenet .

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related scientific field preferred.
• Experience in chemical manufacturing, laboratory operations, or a related technical environment is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accurate documentation.
• Ability to follow written procedures while recognizing and communicating when something doesn't look right.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while also contributing to a collaborative team.
• Comfortable working around chemicals and wearing required personal protective equipment.
• Willingness to learn Ereztech's specialized chemistry and production processes.

Schedule & Compensation

Day Shift: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–10:00 PM

Salary: $62,000–$72,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.

2nd Shift: Additional $2.50/hour shift differential .
