Regional CDL-A Truck Driver

Overview This role involves operating as a regional CDL-A driver with a focus on safety, efficiency, and a strong work ethic within an intermodal transportation environment. Responsibilities Driving and managing freight, primarily no-touch, with opportunities for drop and hook, live load/unload, and cross-town moves. Maintaining safety standards and efficient delivery schedules. Engaging in onsite management and completing paid online orientation. Adhering to pay structure based on mileage, stops, and various activity-based incentives. Utilizing additional pay for detention, hazmat loads, mechanical breakdowns, and other special circumstances. Participating in training, safety programs, and maintaining compliance. Eligible for benefits including health, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and other insurance options. Earn an average of $80,000 annually with weekly home time and comprehensive driver support. Qualifications Valid CDL-A license. Strong work ethic, safety focus, and efficiency. Ability to handle activity-based pay and various operational duties. Willingness to participate in training and safety programs.
