Your Role As A Receptionist (FULL-TIME)

As a Full-Time Receptionist at Community 1st Credit Union in Ottumwa, you will be responsible for overseeing the front lobby, which includes greeting visitors, receiving incoming deliveries, and providing top-notch customer service. You'll assist with multiple administrative tasks such as data entry, scheduling vendor appointments, and managing mail. Your role will involve maintaining a clean and organized reception area, as well as directing inquiries to the appropriate department.
