As the first point of contact for our customers, the Intake Coordinator must consistently demonstrate a positive, empathetic attitude and professional demeanor. Identifying potential job opportunities. Data Entry: Accurately inputting and managing information in our systems. Committed to Excellent Customer Service: Demonstrating dedication to delivering exceptional service during our customers' time of need. Internal Communications and Follow-Up: Effectively coordinating with team members and customers and follow-up on essential tasks. Detail Oriented: Paying close attention to detail to maintain accurate records and communications. Multi-Tasking Capabilities: Efficiently handling multiple tasks and responsibilities. Support to Team Throughout Divisions: Assisting various departments within the company as needed. Shows Initiative: Being proactive and resourceful in addressing challenges. Positive Attitude: Maintaining a positive and professional demeanor in all interactions.5+ years of Customer Service experience. 2+ years of Comprehensive Computer skills, Microsoft office and outlook. 5+ year of Data Entry experience. 1+ year of High-volume phone experience. Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday: 9 am - 5 pm; Tuesday: 8 am - 5 pm.Leadership Development - our company grows from the inside.
