Licensed Massage Therapist

Pay: $60,000 – $90,000+ per year (commission + tips + base structure)

What You'll Do

- Deliver excellent, customized massage services

- Conduct thoughtful pre- and post-treatment consultations

- Maintain a clean, serene treatment space

- Collaborate with our front desk and esthetics teams

- Participate in staff meetings and ongoing education

What We're Looking For

- Active Rhode Island Massage Therapy license in good standing

- Someone interested in providing a world-class guest experience

- Skilled, intuitive hands and a genuine love for the work and people

- Schedule flexibility, including some weekends and evenings

- Strong communication and a warm, professional presence

- Someone who is a lifelong student and open to learning new styles and techniques

Compensation & Benefits

- $60,000 – $90,000+ annual earnings (based on hourly pay + Service fee + Retail Commission + tips)

The bodhi spa has built a reputation in Newport for 11 years, which has in turn supported a fully booked schedule daily for our therapists.

Schedule: 6-7-hour shifts | Day & evening shifts | Weekends as needed

License Required: RI Massage Therapy License (or eligible for reciprocity)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Up to $90,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 25.0 – 40.0 per week
