CultureSpace is looking for a detail-oriented, approachable, and proactive  Human Resources Generalist to join our growing team! This position plays a key role in supporting daily HR operations and creating a positive employee experience.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, enjoys problem-solving, and can confidently manage multiple HR responsibilities while providing exceptional support to employees and leadership.

• Support biweekly payroll processing, including reviewing time records, employee changes, and payroll accuracy.

• Serve as a primary resource for employee benefits questions, enrollment, claims, and vendor coordination.

• Coordinate employee onboarding, orientation, and offboarding to ensure a seamless employee experience.

• Maintain accurate employee records and manage updates within ADP Workforce Now.

• Administer employee leave, track documentation, and support compliance with applicable employment laws.

• Manage I-9 verification, E-Verify, and other HR compliance requirements.

• Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and managers regarding policies, payroll, benefits, and general HR questions.

• Coordinate performance review schedules, HR reporting, audits, and workers' compensation and unemployment administration.

• Support employee engagement initiatives, company events, and employee touchpoints.

• Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes, improve accuracy, and enhance the employee experience.

• 3+ years of HR Generalist or HR operations experience preferred.

• Experience supporting payroll, benefits administration, onboarding, and employee records.

• Working knowledge of employment laws, HR compliance, and leave administration.

• Experience with  ADP Workforce Now strongly preferred.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities.

• Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for helping people.

• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and sound judgment.

• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a willingness to jump in wherever needed.
