Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative to provide customer solutions, act as a liaison, maintain an understanding of company processes, and provide products and services to meet the needs of each customer. Responsibilities include servicing and processing a book of business; quoting, requesting and processing new and renewal policies, endorsements, audits including audit disputes, cancellations and reinstatements; remarketing of accounts; creating proposals; certificates of insurance as well as account‑rounding. This role supports the efforts of our agency sales team.
