Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• PT license
• Minimum Education Requirement: Master's

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 8:00am - 4:30pm.
• Weekend/on-call requirement: rotation between PT's as we increase PT's call decreases.
• Coverage areas: Fayette County, Nicholas County.
