Shift Details: Shift 07:00 AM - 07:30 PM, Shifts Per Week 3, Scheduled Hours 36. Start Date 07/31/2026, End Date 10/30/2026, Duration 13 Week(s).

Shift: Day 3x12-Hour (11:00 - 23:00); Mid 3x12-Hour (15:00 - 03:00). Description: Start dates: Friday start is all virtual orientation, will report onsite Monday. Next options are 7/10 or 7/17 at very latest. 3x12 EVES (11A and 3P Start Times) Will crosstrain and float to other campuses and ED observation. RN ED Ratios: Average 1:6 days, average 1:6 nights. Years of experience REQ: Preferred 2 yrs, will take 1.5 years experience from a like hospital. First-timers accepted: N. Weekend REQ: Every other. Certs REQ: TNCC, ACLS, BLS. Is on-call REQ?: N. Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Y. Open to accommodating block schedule? Y. Pending License accepted: Y. RTO Restrictions: RTO greater than 7 days requires approval. Guaranteed Hours: Y. Special Requirements: Level 1 Trauma experience required. Assigned to one campus, with possibility of rotating to other campuses and ED observation. Travelers don't get trauma/rescue rooms and don't get triage or locked behavioral health units.

Policy for Weekend Call Outs: If a traveler RN calls out on their scheduled weekend shift (Saturday/Sunday for 7am, 11am, & 3pm shift start times or Friday/Saturday/Sunday for 7pm & 11pm shift start times) the shift will be re-schedule as a make up on another weekend shift within the next 6 week scheduling period. Sooner if the contract ends before that. If the traveler RN contacts the Traveler Managers immediately after the missed shift, they may request the specific day they would like to perform the make-up. Traveler managers will schedule the makeup on any weekend shift without a contracted RDO to based on department staffing needs. The makeup shift will be in place of a scheduled weekday shift during that same week to not incur overtime. If the traveler would like to work the make-up shift as overtime, this needs to be approved by the manager based on staffing needs. Makeup shift will be labeled in EZ Call with a comment stating, Weekend Makeup. If the traveler RN calls out for their makeup shift, it will automatically be rescheduled to the immediate following weekend with a coaching final warning for time & attendance.

Travel Compliance: RTO - we can auto approve up to 7 days for auto offers. If traveler has any vacation plans during the period between sign date and start date, this must be communicated to the AM at the time of submission to ensure a realistic start date may be requested. 2 years required for submission (within specialty submitting to) We will still sub 1.5 Yrs if Level I or travel exp CT License takes 15-21 business days to issue.
