In this role, you’ll work hands-on with precision instrumentation products, contributing directly to the assembly, wiring, and quality assurance of advanced electronic and mechanical systems. What We Offer Competitive base compensation Medical and dental insurance coverage SIMPLE IRA with 3% company match Paid Time Off (PTO) with accrual Stable, team-oriented workplace culture Opportunities for technical growth and skill development What You’ll Do Perform SMT and through-hole soldering, including fine-pitch components under magnification Assemble electro-mechanical systems, including box builds and subassemblies Build, route, and terminate wires, cables, and harnesses to specification Inspect electrical and mechanical components for quality, defects, and compliance Prepare materials including cutting, stripping, labeling, and kitting components Interpret schematics, engineering drawings, BOMs, and ECOs Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant work environment Support production goals and assist with additional tasks as needed What You Bring 3+ years of electro-mechanical assembly experience and/or military technical training Strong proficiency in fine-pitch SMT soldering and rework Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and schematics Strong mechanical aptitude with experience using hand and power tools High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Ability to follow written and verbal instructions independently Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Problem-solving mindset with sound judgment Effective communication and a collaborative team attitude Willingness to work overtime as production demands require Physical Requirements Ability to perform precise repetitive assembly tasks Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs regularly Pay Range USD $17.00 - USD $25.00 /Hr. #J-18808-Ljbffr Vitrek Corporation
