Roles & Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing operations and staff assignments during assigned shifts
• Coordinate patient admissions, transfers, and discharges
• Ensure adherence to clinical protocols and safety standards
• Provide clinical guidance and support to nursing team
• Manage bed capacity and staffing levels to optimize patient care

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Knowledge of hospital policies and regulatory standards
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in California
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience
• Previous supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred
