The role focuses on performance engineering for Azure cloud migration across digital platforms including online and mobile banking. Onshore presence is required for close collaboration with application owners and SMEsTop 3 Skills:Performance and resiliency engineering for cloud-based applicationsCloud, containerization, and microservices supportObservability, APM, and performance monitoringDetailed Responsibilities:Design and execute performance tests to validate responsiveness, stability, scalability, and resource usageIdentify performance bottlenecks and provide optimization recommendationsAnalyze performance results and generate detailed reportsConduct resiliency testing and failure scenario validationRecommend and validate resiliency patterns such as circuit breakers, retries, and bulkheadsSet up and maintain performance monitoring and observability toolsAnalyze real-time performance metrics and logsPerform capacity planning and recommend scaling strategiesCollaborate with development and operations teams to optimize applications and infrastructureRecommend and configure Kubernetes performance parameters including resource limits and autoscalingDocument performance methodologies and best practicesProvide training and support to development and operations teamsContinuously evaluate and improve performance engineering processes
