Job Title: ER Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Emergency Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 hours (07:00 - 19:30) Experience: Minimum 2 years License: Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC Must-Have: - Epic experience required - Previous charge experience - Patient ratio experience of 4 Description: Position available for an ER Registered Nurse in a short-term acute care hospital. This role requires working every other weekend. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in an emergency department. Current certifications in ACLS, BLS, PALS, and TNCC are required. Familiarity with the Epic charting system is a must. The daily patient population includes adolescents, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics. The emergency department provides care for various patient diagnoses. The role includes critical skills such as arterial line management, BiPAP/CPAP management, and care of ventilated patients. Management of dysrhythmias and triage experience is also essential. Candidates who have travel experience will be prioritized. Local candidates are not accepted as per policy.
