Position Summary






As a Manager in Investment Wealth Management, you will help organizations define strategic priorities, solve complex business issues, and drive large-scale transformation initiatives. This role involves working with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to shape growth strategies, improve performance, and deliver measurable business outcomes. The ideal candidate brings structured problem solving, experience leading workstreams, and the ability to translate analysis into actionable recommendations.
Work you'll do
As a Manager on the Investment Wealth Management team, you will be responsible for… Leading workstreams for strategy, growth, and transformation engagements across business functions and client prioritiesConducting market, customer, financial, and operational analyses to inform recommendations and decision-makingDeveloping executive-level deliverables, including presentations, business cases, and implementation roadmapsManaging day-to-day client interactions and coordinating cross-functional teams to support timely deliveryCoaching junior team members and overseeing quality of work products across project activities

The teamThe Investment Wealth Management team helps clients address enterprise priorities through strategic planning, business analysis, and transformation execution. The team works with leaders across industries to solve complex problems, identify growth opportunities, and improve organizational performance. Professionals in this practice collaborate across functions and bring structured, data-informed approaches to help clients achieve business outcomes.
Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree8+ years relevant consulting and/or investment management experience8+ years of experience in translating requirements into optimized designs, and identifying design alternatives and implications on functionality, effort, performance and operations8+ years of experience leading smaller engagements or components of large, complex strategy and/or operations transformation engagements8+ years of experience identifying client business issues, owning responsibility for the quality of deliverables, managing stakeholder relationships, and developing persuasive recommendations8+ years of experience collaborating with financial services industry senior executives, and comfort delivering presentations to management.6+ years’ experience developing and presenting proposal responsesTravel up to 50%, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serveLimited immigration sponsorship may be available

6+ years’ experience in one or more of the following various sector packages; Aladdin, Simcorp, Charles River, Fidessa, EZE, Calypso / Murex, Bloomberg AIM, Portware, FlexTrade, FIS, Eagle PACE, IMS Markit EDM, Data Science platform buildout, Ipreo (iLevel and ival), eFront, Investran, Workday, SalesForce, Market Intelligence experience: DST SalesConnect, Market Metrics Matrix, and Fishtank.Experience with various phases of the implementation lifecycle, from system selection to implementation sequencing and planning, project management, application & technical design, interface& data conversion, application build, environment management, testing, go live planning, etc.
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $155,600 to $306,800.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
