Role Overview Position: Key Holder / Store Associate. This role focuses on delivering a transformational client experience, promoting visual excellence, and supporting store operations. Responsibilities Build and maintain relationships with customers to drive business and achieve personal sales goals. Use strong selling skills and extensive product knowledge to create memorable customer experiences and communicate the brand philosophy. Maintain visual presentation and operational standards, including loss prevention. Perform opening and closing procedures, including counting register funds, completing bank deposits, and securing the store. Comply with all sales, operational policies and procedures. Qualifications 2–4 years of experience in a high‑volume, customer‑driven retail environment. Strong personal selling and customer relations skills, with excellent verbal and written communication. Availability for a flexible schedule, including nights, evenings, holidays and weekend shifts. High level of integrity and maturity required for handling opening and closing responsibilities. Compensation 17.00USD – 21.00USD per hour, based on experience, location, and years of service. Benefits Health, wellness, and financial security benefits.
