Laboratory Technician

Pay: $22.35/Hour Shift: M-F 11am-7:30pm Durations: 6+ months Overview: Performs the purification of oligos using various techniques Quantifies and samples oligos for quality control tests Demonstrates behavior consistent with the Integrated DNA Technologies Core Values Uses custom software packages to complete tasks and create final product Sorts oligos for the proper purification either by hand or using software Uses automated and manual lab equipment including limited maintenance and troubleshooting activities Assesses QC data accurately and makes pass/fail decisions for oligos Troubleshoots oligo failures and makes thoughtful sorting and purification decisions Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent. Preferred 1 year of experience in a lab/related field Essential Functions: Purifies oligos via gel electrophoresis Desalts oligos using various methods #J-18808-Ljbffr
