Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) The Bradley Schools – Bradley School – Wakefield – Wakefield, Rhode Island. Under the general supervision of the Clinical Director, the BCBA independently provides school‑based functional behavioral analytic services (assessment, treatment, and consultation) for students attending the Bradley Schools. BCBAs may also provide supervision to graduate‑level trainees and serve as treatment team leaders for classroom settings. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments of students. Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans. Provide consultation to teachers, staff, parents, and other professionals. Supervise graduate‑level trainees enrolled in BCBA programs. Adhere to all school policies, procedures, and practices. Provide effective leadership, guidance, and support to assigned teams. Position Requirements Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from an accredited school. Board certification as a BCBA by the Behavior Analytic Certification Board. Licensure by the CT Department of Health as an Applied Behavior Analyst. Demonstrated knowledge and skills for providing care to school‑aged youth, considering developmental processes, cultural, familial, and individual factors that influence educational, emotional, and behavioral functioning. Citizenship, residency, or work visa required. Preferred Qualifications Experience in a clinical and/or school setting. Experience working with students with autism.
