We value and support our caregivers, and our Lead CNA plays a key role in mentoring, training, and supporting our caregiving team. Required Schedule Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM–4:00 PM (required) Every other weekend on-call: 7:00 AM-10:00 PM (required) Occasional coverage may be required as late as 10:00 PM Applicants must be able to reliably work this weekday schedule, as it is essential to supporting caregiver training, onboarding, and daily operations.
