Required Skills:

-MD or DO Degree from an accredited medical school

-Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Obstetrics and Gynecology

-Active Missouri medical license or the ability to obtain one

-Recent experience in obstetrics and gynecology

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

-Proficiency in managing obstetric and gynecologic emergencies

-Ability to work independently and as part of a team


Nice to Have Skills:

-Experience with NICU Level 3 care

-Keen interest in pursuing or maintaining certification in neonatal or maternal specialties

-Previous locum or hospitalist experience

-Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems


Preferred Education and Experience:

-A minimum of 2 years of clinical practice in obstetrics and gynecology

-Experience managing births and obstetric emergencies in a hospital setting

-Completion of ACGME-accredited residency in OB-GYN


Other Requirements:

-Availability to start on December 31, 2025

-Willingness to work flexible hours, including potential nights and weekends

-Participation in required hospital credentialing and compliance processes

-Willingness to travel for temporary assignment as needed

-Valid medical license, DEA, and board certification credentials

-Ability to provide documentation of current medical malpractice insurance
