Staff Accountant

Location: On-site in Austin, TX What You’ll Do: Prepare financial reports and analyze variances Perform account reconciliations and maintain the general ledger for financial accuracy Ensure compliance with GAAP Perform month-end and year-end close processes Help prepare for audits and manage supporting documentation Oversee employee reimbursements and vendor setup Support AP systems (Medius) and audit accounting software (Sage Intacct) Assist with any ad-hoc projects that may arise What You Bring: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance 3+ years of general ledger accounting experience Strong Excel skills and experience with financial systems Knowledge of GAAP and month/year-end processes Excellent problem-solving, organization, and communication skills Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and train others Why DaBella?
