Our systems are vital to the full product lifecycle, supporting everything from high-tech engineering labs to critical field operations and sustainment. As an Electrical Engineer on this team, you will have a hands-on opportunity to design and integrate state-of-the-art test systems using the industry's latest tools. You will be a key contributor to the evolution of our products, ensuring our systems meet technical and performance goals in a highly collaborative environment.What You Will DoDesign, develop, and integrate test products for complex systems within a multidisciplinary teamCreate test interface adapters, cabling, schematics, and detailed circuit designsDevelop engineering and production test systems that align with cost and schedule goalsTroubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues during the development and implementation phasesUtilize modern equipment including oscilloscopes, network analyzers, and power meters for validationCollaborate independently or as part of a team to uncover and resolve test product challengesQualifications You Must HaveBachelor's Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) must be obtained by start dateKnowledge of electrical components including resistors, capacitors, and transistorsExperience with test and measurement equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and spectrum analyzersQualifications We PreferExperience with circuit design and analysis for analog, digital, and mixed-signal circuitsProficiency in programming languages such as Python, C/C++, or MATLAB for simulation and automationStrong problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities in a dynamic environmentProven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities to meet assigned deadlinesExperience in technical writing and delivering formal presentationsWhat We OfferOur values drive our actions, behaviors, and performance with a vision for a safer, more connected world. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance. This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
