Senior Business Insights Analyst

High Profile is partnering with our client to identify a Senior Business Insights Analyst to analyze operational and enterprise data, developing reports and dashboards, providing clear, actionable insights to leadership. This is an in-office role working cross-functionally to understand data needs, support reporting requirements, and help ensure the accuracy, consistency, and usability of enterprise data. What You'll Do Analyze operational and enterprise data using statistical and analytical methods to identify trends, patterns, and performance indicators Develop clear visualizations and reports that translate data into actionable insights for operational teams and leadership Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical tools used to monitor performance and key metrics Apply data testing and validation methods to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data used in analysis and reporting Transform and prepare data using query languages, visualization platforms, and analytical tools Partner with cross-functional teams to understand data needs, gather requirements, and support data-driven decision-making Develop and maintain knowledge of enterprise data structures and data flows, including how operational data is captured, stored, and used Communicate analytical findings through written summaries, presentations, and visualizations for both technical and non-technical audiences Maintain data definitions and supporting documentation, including data dictionaries and metadata Environment Office-based work environment Cross-functional role supporting operational teams and leadership Opportunity to contribute to enterprise reporting, analytics, and data quality initiatives #J-18808-Ljbffr High Profile Inc
