Customer Success Specialist

This position requires occasional travel to industry trade shows and events, providing opportunities to connect with clients and represent our company
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Support & Engagement:
Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, issues, and feedback.
Assist customers with onboarding, training, and product education to ensure they maximize the value of our products and services.
Proactively check in with customers to assess their needs and address concerns.

Account Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
Monitor customer usage and satisfaction metrics to identify growth opportunities and potential challenges.
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to support upsell and cross-sell initiatives.

Problem Resolution:
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.
Identify trends in customer challenges and suggest improvements to processes, products, or services.

Event Representation:
Represent the company at trade shows and industry events (4-8 times annually).
Network with existing and potential customers, providing product demonstrations and gathering feedback.
Assist with event setup, booth management, and follow-up on leads post-event.

Documentation & Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and feedback in the CRM system.
Provide regular updates and reports to leadership on customer satisfaction and retention metrics.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in customer success, account management, or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
Willingness and ability to travel for trade shows and events (approximately 4-8 trips per year).
Proficiency in CRM software and standard office applications.
Background in the dental, medical, or related industries is a plus but not required.
