• Certifications Required: BLS, AK PT License (or compact PT license)
• Skills Required: Per unit description
• First Timers Accepted: Yes
• Will Clinician Float: N/A
• Pending License Accepted: Yes
• Local Candidates Not Accepted: Candidates must reside at least 50 miles from the facility

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients in a rehabilitation setting
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care
• Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary
• Educate patients and families on recovery processes
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to interdisciplinary care
