Warehouse Associate

Our client, a leading logistics and transportation company, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join their team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting shipping, receiving, and inventory management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, teamwork, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Franklin, MA

Shift: Tuesday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

What's the Job?

  • Assist with shipping and receiving activities, including unloading trucks and checking in merchandise
  • Match purchase orders to sales orders and distribute orders to sales associates for processing
  • Read customer orders, work orders, and shipping requisitions to determine items to be moved or shipped
  • Ensure the warehouse is accessible and safe for employees and customers
  • Complete work in a safe manner, adhering to all safety policies and procedures

What's Needed?

  • Ability to speak and understand English fluently
  • Basic written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Availability to work various shifts, including days, evenings, nights, and weekends
  • Experience in dock or warehouse operations in the transportation industry is a plus
