Assess learner needs and customize curricula to improve clinical competencies. Track training outcomes using metrics and report performance to leadership. Collaborate with clinical teams to align learning with patient care goals. Facilitate onboarding and ongoing development for new hires and existing staff. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and documentation of training. Identify gaps in knowledge and propose targeted improvement plans. Mentor and coach staff to foster growth and prepare for advanced roles. Utilize learning management systems to organize content and track progress. Lead pipeline conversations to forecast talent development and succession. Participate in evidence-based practice reviews to update training with latest standards. Represent the L&D function in cross-departmental projects and meetings. Experience/Qualifications RN with active licensure and clinical nursing experience. Experience designing, delivering, and evaluating L&D programs for healthcare staff. Ability to assess learner needs and tailor curricula to improve clinical competencies. Data-driven reporting of training outcomes and KPIs to leadership. Knowledge of regulatory standards and proper documentation of training. Proficiency with learning management systems and e-learning content management. Strong collaboration with clinical teams to align training with patient care goals. Onboarding facilitation and ongoing staff development, including mentoring. Capability to identify knowledge gaps and develop targeted improvement plans. Experience in talent development, succession planning, and pipeline forecasting. What's in it for you?
