Principal Duties and Responsibilities

• Work with senior management to create roadmaps and executable product plans
• Collect new features and enhancements from customers, prospects and internal stakeholders, scope, prioritize and feed these into the roadmap that is consistent with company vision
• Track and assist execution of product roadmaps, development schedules and product designs
• Work with local and remote technology, data science and client facing teams to deliver on product plans in timely and efficient way
• Scope and prioritize product requirements balancing business and customer impact
• Become the subject matter expert on our Platform and API offerings to help various client facing teams in understanding product functionality and articulate value proposition
• Talk with prospective and current customers about our feature set, capabilities and roadmap

Qualifications & Skills:

• 5-7 years of product management experience
• Bachelor's degree (ideally in engineering / software)
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience and expertise in hands-on product management
• Proven track record of successfully launching new products and/or customer deployments
• Ability to contribute both strategically and creatively
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience leading group design discussions and documenting the results
• Strong desire to learn and become a knowledge area expert for us
• Excellent interpersonal communication and management skills
• Demonstrated problem solving skills
• Work well with remote teams in US, UK and Taiwan
• Bilingual (Chinese is preferred but not required)

Experience with:

• Agile development with rapid release cycles
• SaaS / Cloud solutions
• Analytics / Business Intelligence solutions
• Social media analytics experience is preferred
• Developing product roadmaps
• Defining solutions directly and in collaboration with customers
• RESTful Web Services
