About the Role

Touching Hearts at Home - North Houston is a leading provider of home care services in Houston, Texas, and we are seeking dedicated and compassionate Caregivers and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team! As a Caregiver or CNA with our organization, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors, individuals with medical conditions or disabilities, and those in transition from hospital to home. Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, one-on-one care to clients in their homes, focusing on their physical, emotional, and social needs

• Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Prepare meals and manage medication administration

• Encourage independence and maintain a safe and comfortable living environment

• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals

• Maintain accurate records and reports

Requirements

• 0 years of experience as a Caregiver or CNA (training provided for CNAs)

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) preferred

• Ability to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays

• Your own reliable transportation is a MUST
