Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• PT liscensure
• Master's

• Schedule: Mon-Friday
• On-call/weekend requirement: no
• Mileage reimbursed between visits from first patient to last patient: yes
