End Date/Duration: 12+ months

Shift: Flexible schedule, full-time preferred (min 2 weeks on/2 weeks off)

Hours/Week: 40+ hours

Employment Type: Locum Tenens

Licensing/Certifications: WA Medical License or IMLC eligibility, DEA, Board-Certified in OB/GYN

Experience: Minimum 3 years post-training, recent clinic & surgical experience, ability to practice independently

Pay Package: $1.00 per hour (based on internal rate), competitive pay packages

What You'll Do

• Provide consulting, clinical care, and mentorship to OB/GYN team members
• Perform outpatient women's health assessments and treatments
• Conduct and assist with surgical procedures, including hospital and outpatient surgeries
• Collaborate with APPs, midwives, and hospital staff on patient care plans
• Support growing women's health programs across multiple care settings
• Transition seamlessly between clinic and procedural responsibilities based on patient demand
• Participate in backup hospital call coverage as needed

What You Need

• Active Washington Medical License or IMLC eligibility
• DEA registration
• Board certification in OB/GYN
• Minimum 3 years of post-training experience
• Recent surgical and clinic experience in women's health

• Ability to work across outpatient, surgical, and hospital care settings
• Flexibility and excellent collaboration skills
