IT Support Specialist

DESCRIPTION

The IT Seller Support Specialist plays an essential role in keeping the technology and systems


that support our fulfillment operations running efficiently. This position provides company-wide


IT support, maintains infrastructure, troubleshoots hardware and software issues, manages user


accounts and access, and supports the technology used across our departments.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment and


can identify problems, develop solutions, and communicate effectively with employees and


management. This role requires someone who can work independently and collaboratively,


prioritize issues based on their impact on operations, and take ownership of technical issues


through resolution.

The IT Seller Support Specialist will also assist with software development, DevOps, internal


systems, networking, hardware management, employee onboarding and offboarding, and


ongoing technology projects. Because technology is critical to our fulfillment operations, issues


that could prevent orders from being processed, produced, or shipped are treated as a high


priority.

REQUIREMENTS

• 2+ years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or a similar technical role
• Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows, user accounts, and access management
• Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, printers, networking, and other technology equipment.
• Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize issues and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to quickly learn company-specific systems and technologies.
• Experience with Git/GitHub, software development, or DevOps is preferred.
• Dependable, proactive, and solutions oriented.
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting hardware, software, networking, and user access issues.
• Experience working with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Entra ID, or similar systems.
• Experience supporting users across multiple departments in a business environment.
• Experience with Git/GitHub, software development, or DevOps is a plus.
• Equivalent technical education, certifications, or professional experience may be considered in place of a degree.
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, and move throughout the facility for extended periods.
• Ability to frequently use a computer, keyboard, mouse, and other technology equipment.
• Ability to bend, reach, kneel, and work in various positions when troubleshooting or setting up equipment.
• Ability to lift and move IT equipment, computers, printers, and related items weighing up to 50 pounds, with assistance when necessary.
• Ability to work in both an office and fulfillment/warehouse environment.
• Ability to safely navigate around production equipment and work areas.
• Ability to perform these duties with or without reasonable accommodation
