Job DescriptionRequired skills:Education: Bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.Experience:5+ years in systems engineering, infrastructure support, or monitoring roles.5+ years of hands-on experience with Dynatrace or similar APM tools.Technical Skills:Knowledge of Windows/Linux servers, virtualized environments (VMware), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).Basic networking understanding (DNS, TCP/IP, load balancing).Experience with scripting or automation tools like PowerShell or Bash (preferred).Familiarity with Kubernetes or container monitoring.Experience with ITIL practices and regulated industries (e.g., healthcare, financial services).Soft Skills:Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.Effective communication and collaboration across teams.Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset.Location: (Atlanta, GA) Disclaimer: Kyyba is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
